Alex Lowes To Start His Second MotoGP Race In Misano

Hi everyone! Welcome back for another blog post! This time, the British wild card, Alex Lowes, who is also the twin brother of Sam Lowes ( Currently competing in the Moto2 class) will be starting his second MotoGP race in Misano this Sunday.He will replace the injured Bradley Smith in the Tech3 Yamaha MotoGP Team.

Lowes made his MotoGP debut last weekend in Silverstone,England and eventually finished in 13th place in front of his home crowd.He will be partnering Pol Espargaro (Younger brother of Aleix Espargaro) in the team.

Welcome back to WarmUpLap12 and we are going to be analysing Marc Marquez's Silverstone Crash. It was only eight laps remaining and Marquez crashed out of the British Grand Prix.He was tailing the nine times world champion Valentino Rossi on that lap and he skidded, slided and crashed out. ANALYSIS: Marquez started the race with both soft front and rear wet tyre combination and that is our main clue.The wet tyres cannot remain in optimum temperature as the wet tyres are helped by the cold water on the surface of the track to be cold.As the riders maintain their speeds at at least 210 km/h they can make the tyres become hot. Conclusion: As Marquez was trying too hard to maintain his gap between himself and Rossi, Marquez was not aware that he was making the tyres hotter and hotter then, the grip of the rear tyre became lesser and lesser and Marquez crashed out of the British Grand Prix. -©2015WarmUpLap12-
